It is made form porks and its a long a process from parboiling, finely diceing, frying and then cooking. Spices are added then cooked with vinegar. Usually it tastes best on 2nd day from the preparation.

5. Crab Xec Xec

It is one more famous sea foods in Goa. It is made with coconut different spices and special Goan masala to which crab meat is added.It is usually served with roti and rice. 

6. Chicken Cafreal

This dish is prepared in two ways either cooked in oven or in roasted pan. Its flavored with lime, peppercorns, coriander. If you love chicken then you mus try this dish, you will love it.
