Goa is known for its beaches and night life; but there is more to see. Netravali wildlife sanctuary and Savari waterfall are one of the most splendid places in Goa which one must visit. It is situated in eastern Goa and about 45 km away from Madgaon city. Netravali is declared as a wild life sanctury by government of Goa few years ago. To see this fascinating waterfall, one must do a treking there is 1 km plain road you need to walk and around about 200-300 stairs down.
The forest department is very helpful and guides you properly to reach this place. You need to pay 10 or 20 Rs while entering in the sanctuary at security gate. Its amazing spot, once you reach the waterfall, you will forget all the tiredness of journey for sure. Bus and Taxi facilities available from Madgaon and Panjim to this sanctuary. You can visit this place any time in the year but best season is summer to get relief from heat and enjoy coolness of this place.
